I have a 08 VW Jetta with over 220,000 miles that obviously requires a lot of maintenance and work. Every time something breaks or stops working I don’t even worry anymore because I take my car to Nelcars and they give her new life! I stopped going to other mechanics because all I hear is “Its just time for a new car” or “ we can fix it but it will cost you an arm and a leg”. This is never a problem for me at Nelcars they take on that challenge and over exceed my expectations! Plus, I get to keep arm and leg lol Lauren and Sebastian are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They help explain what was wrong and what they did to fix it. I really appreciate everything they do. 10 star recommendation!

The really stick to their motto. Dealership quality, family feel. They helped me save money on four brand new tires for a trip to Iowa. Awesome customer service! They did a great job fixing our Audi with a nasty oil leak in a timely matter. They offered for me to come down and they would look at it before fixing it to give me a price point to look at. They also kept us up to date throughout the process. 100% recommend and will be back!

I have been bringing my cars to Nelson for the past 13 years. You could not ask for a more honest and trustworthy man. I have never had to bring my car back a second time for the same issue.
