I had a great experience with Nelcars Auto. They were efficient, thorough, and took care of the issue without wasting time. Communication was solid from start to finish, and I always knew what was going on. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but I’ve found my regular auto shop. Highly, recommend.

For too long, car maintenance has been a chore, an inconvenience, a challenge. I've passed by Nelcars many times and was referred to them by my neighbors. What a pleasure to find this professional team to take all of my maintenance worries and make it easy, thorough and best of all, no drama. Their use of Carfax lets me know what I need and how much it will cost. Their drop box made it easy to pick up my car after hours. Finally, this stressful task is being handled a caring, and frankly nice group of people.

Sebastian was pleasant and had a lot of knowledge one the issue he help me. I recomend this Mecanic Shop to any one.

My husband (who is very picky) does most of the service on our cars, but over and over recommends Nelcars to others because "they are so good and honest". He has even gotten to where he will take things into them because it is easier on him, even if it is something that he can himself. Great job Nelcars, we love you and our cars do!

The team at Nelcars definitely went the extra mile for us! Our situation was a breakdown on the highway on the way to drop our daughter off at college. The car was towed to Nelcars, and we were obviously worried about dealing with an unfamiliar mechanic hours from home. They treated us like family and even worked a little extra time after hours to make sure we were back on the road again the next day. It didn’t seem like a big deal to them, so I’m sure this is just how they work!

They fixed everything needed very efficiently and Julie in the office communicated throughout the process. Highly recommend!!!

What a difference from taking my car to the dealership for service. What a great team to work with instead of the corporate mentality. They are truly partners in maintaining my vehicle and their use of Carfax is greatly appreciated as is the list of suggested future service needed along with estimates and projected mileage recommendations. Not to mention the location is ideal in the heart of Buckeystown.
