Lauren Davidson
If you ran into Lauren outside of the shop, you’d never guess she knows how to work on heavy diesel and light duty commercial vehicles, or that she’s manufacturer trained to diagnose and repair Ford, Chevrolet/GM, Dodge, Chrysler, RAM and Isuzu Commercial. Valedictorian of her class at Universal Technical Institute, Lauren was awarded the national Roger Penske Award for young technicians. She now has 5 years of dealership experience, and recently placed #1 in Isuzu’s rigorous technician exam, becoming a finalist in Isuzu’s annual technician competition in 2019. Sadly, the pandemic shut down the competition, so we’ll never know if Lauren would have won a spot on the US team in the international competition. Her track record says she would have. So we’re very fortunate to have Lauren here at Nelcars, where she plays a pivotal role in the future direction and success of the shop.
