Very pleased with the amount of effort invested in solving the issue. I would have given 5 stars except I was surprised by the $21 fee for using a credit card. If you are charging customers $100's of dollars for repairs you should expect that they would pay with a credit card. I was a new customer and this wasn't disclosed. I don't remember seeing a sign but can't swear that there isn't one. Build the costs into your fees and avoid losing customers over it.
