I have an old car, a 2002 Honda Civic. I took it in for an oil change, and appreciated being told that it would be taken out for a test drive and given an inspection. When they were done, any issues were fully explained, all of my questions were answered and I received a printed copy of what was done and what is recommended. Nelcars is incredible. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the amount of effort invested in solving the issue. I would have given 5 stars except I was surprised by the $21 fee for using a credit card. If you are charging customers $100's of dollars for repairs you should expect that they would pay with a credit card. I was a new customer and this wasn't disclosed. I don't remember seeing a sign but can't swear that there isn't one. Build the costs into your fees and avoid losing customers over it.

Nelcars is professional and a pleasure to work with on all of my vehicles. They provide text reminders for your appointment time which is very helpful with a busy schedule. They also give complete and clear invoices of work completed and work that is suggested in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable group of mechanics.

Took my car in for an inspection since I purchased out of state. Staff was extremely friendly and prices were good compared to other places I've gone to in the past. Will definitely be going back for future services
