I have been using Nelson & now Sebastian & Lauren since they opened in 2004 for all of my auto repairs. Cannot count the number of times we had cars in for warranty work that the dealer tried to sell us unnecessary, overpriced repairs that we later brought to Nelcars & were told either “don’t waste your money” or “yes you need the repair but we (Nelcars) will charge you a fraction of the price.” They have built their reputation on honesty & fair pricing. I have even brought my own parts in & they have installed them for a modest cost. I don’t take my cars anywhere else.

Always the greatest customer service. Always very efficient. Trustworthy for many years now. And very fair pricing. You need a trusted mechanic and you have that with the Nelcars group.

My brake light went on, on Friday. Called number and dropped car off on Sunday. Even though Monday was a holiday no questions asked. Ordered parts Tuesday all fixed and ready to go. Brakes great no more lights. The best. So glad we found Nelcars.
