Good service and efficient Pleased with the effort to familiarize themselves with my car

Went to the dealer- couldn't figure it out. Went to Ken's automotive about 10 times (best rated mechanic in Frederick)- not only couldn't figure it out but charged for unnecessary services Went to THIS PLACE- not only did they have previous experience with the exact same problem I had, but they worked multiple days (some without reimbursement) and put in extra miles (literally and figuratively) to make sure my car was running perfectly. Even gave me rides home when I didn't have one and independently contacted my warrant for reimbursement (with success). These people are saints. I have put more money into my terrible regrettably purchased car than I want to share, but the amount of money I paid for these mechanics to fix my vehicle was money well spent. Real people, not just looking for money.

They were very friendly when I called and made my appointment. Was able to drop car off early in the morning and pick up the same evening with car running like new. Would recommend.
