Great people and great work done on our old work horses! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!! The best part of using them is the bar/ restaurant right behind them to make any waiting time fly by ;)

My radiator was leaking in my Mercedes Truck and I was told that it’s a possibility that I would be paying a pretty penny. I was a bit concerned but knew I had to get it done regardless. I got a call back saying it’s not as bad as I thought it was. Long story short it was a reasonable price. They also quoted concerns on other parts broke down the price and pictures as well to follow. I really want to thank you guys for demonstrating professionalism. To be honest this is the best service I have ever received in the mechanic world. Thanks again guys. You Rock and I look forward to keeping my truck in the Nelcars family because I can trust your world due to the love I have for my car.

Had my power steering pump replaced about a month ago and the part failed again. They fixed it under warranty quickly and at no cost to me!

So Lauren and Sebastian and their crew have saved my truck at least 5 times now I’ve had everything from control arms to oil changes at their shop and have never had to come back with an issue my truck is an older dodge ram 1500 2001 and fr without their help I wouldn’t have a vehicle thank you again you guys on amazing efficient and quality service

I'll never bring another vehicle here! They kept changing parts on my entire engine and charged me outrageous prices. Also wanted to do unnecessary work, like change out rotors and brake pads and calipers and Lost a hub on my JKU. My JKU once again went out on me. Had it towed to the shop in Hagerstown, Md where I get most of my work done. They checked it out for free and come to find out, the engine had finally come to its end. Unbelievable, unnecessary work done and unnecessary money spent! And I have the receipt to prove the work that was done since they want to pretend that it wasn't them who worked on it...

Needed a headlight fixed, was able to make an appointment in the morning for that afternoon and it was repaired immediately upon arrival for a pride considerably less than any else I’d called. They even recommended a great place for lunch nearby. They’ll certainly be getting my future business!
