Awesome customer service! They did a great job fixing our Audi with a nasty oil leak in a timely matter. They offered for me to come down and they would look at it before fixing it to give me a price point to look at. They also kept us up to date throughout the process. 100% recommend and will be back!
I have been bringing my cars to Nelson for the past 13 years. You could not ask for a more honest and trustworthy man. I have never had to bring my car back a second time for the same issue. I have recommended several friends/family to have their cars done. As long as I have a car it will always go to Nelson for any repairs.
